Hi, I'm Ketan Sinha. I'm an entrepreneur looking for a great company to buy and lead.

Over the past decade, I've built my career in the logistics and energy industries, taking on leadership roles across diverse professional settings. I’ve managed teams of 30–50 people, overseen multi-million-dollar oil and gas projects worldwide, launched automated and semi-automated logistics facilities, and developed software solutions for global supply chains.

My work has taken me across seven countries, giving me firsthand experience collaborating with people from all backgrounds. I take a hands-on approach to leadership—whether that means riding along with truck drivers to test software in real time or crawling through industrial grease to inspect drilling machinery before commissioning. Curiosity, grit, and integrity define the way I operate.

I have an experienced deal team and the backing of institutional investors to complete the transaction. I'm excited about a wide range of businesses and would love to learn more about yours.

Process

My process is built around your priorities: flexibility, confidentiality, and speed.

  • Our process begins with a brief, confidential discussion to align our respective goals and vision for the business's future. This step ensures we are a mutual fit before any sensitive information is shared.

  • Upon signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect your privacy, we exchange high-level financial and operational data to thoroughly assess the opportunity and confirm our investment thesis.

  • We schedule a discreet, in-person meeting. This conversation is not a negotiation; it's an opportunity for me to personally introduce myself and listen to your priorities for the transition.

  • We promptly issue a detailed Letter of Intent (LOI) that outlines my competitive valuation, proposed deal structure, and a clear timeline for the transaction.

  • We conduct efficient, confirmatory diligence—working closely with you to verify historical financials and key operational details. Our goal is verification, not disruption, ensuring a swift path to closing.

  • The process culminates with the signing of the Purchase Agreement and the official close. I immediately begin the transition, prioritizing the empowerment of your existing team and preserving the company's culture.

In 2008, after earning an engineering degree from the University of Texas at Austin, I was selected for a rotational training program with an energy firm in Houston. Over the first year, I gained hands-on experience across technical support, engineering, and manufacturing. However, I wasn’t content with staying behind a desk—I wanted to be in the field. That drive led me to the Middle East and Southeast Asia, where I spent the next seven years leading project teams in commissioning heavy equipment for oilfield drilling.

While I thrived in the challenge of this work, in 2015, I decided to pivot my career and pursue an MBA at INSEAD. After graduating, I joined a technology company, where I led the expansion of its warehouse network across Europe. Two years and 20+ facility launches later, I relocated to Vancouver to help build a new team focused on developing software solutions for managing complex capital projects and transportation networks.

Although I enjoyed the fast-paced nature of logistics and supply chain management, my long-term ambition has always been entrepreneurship. That aspiration has brought me to where I am today—actively seeking a company to acquire and lead.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, photography, traveling, and scuba diving. I'm excited to embark on this entrepreneurial journey and grateful to have a supportive spouse by my side.
